Landmark Projects

Our hometown of Leesburg, VA has officially welcomed Hotel Burg, the town’s first boutique hotel in more than 60 years! Now open at 208 South King Street, Hotel Burg features 39 rooms, seven suites, the Huntōn restaurant, The Chase social club, a rooftop lounge, and a speakeasy. District Bonding was proud to help shape this vibrant, historic destination and its modern revival. Reserve your stay or explore more by clicking here.

One of our clients is revitalizing sports fields throughout the DMV! New turf, bleachers, and tracks!

Being in the Data Center Capital of the world, we are proud to be part of so many data center construction projects, including a $30 million+ electrical and utilities package at an undisclosed location in Virginia.

Industry Partnerships

We really enjoy getting out there and spending time with our friends in the industry.

We still get asked about these shirts and are happy to give you one too!  Let us know via email or phone and we’ll send you one!

Networking + Giving Back

On October 8, 2025, District Bonding sponsored the United Way of the National Capital Area’s (UWNCA) Tee Up for Equity at Top Golf Loudoun.

We sold out the entire second floor this year, with some new sponsors, and our most loyal sponsors from when we started this event over five years ago.

Joshua Etemadi serves on the UWNCA Board of Directors  and the event raised nearly $55,000 to support the ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) population in Loudoun County!

This year certainly felt like the biggest event we’ve had, with nearly 200 people in attendance.  We were delighted to have our industry partners, clients and friends attend this year and hope to have you all back next year!

Funds raised goes directly into impactful programs like the Loudoun Education Foundation Fueled partnership, which distributed a staggering 47,455 meal bags last school year alone! From providing 1,600 lbs of fresh produce to ensuring 100% of meal requests were fulfilled, we are making a tangible difference in Loudoun County.

The Big Dig

2025 marked District Bonding’s fourth consecutive year as a proud sponsor and active planning committee member of The Big Dig, an extraordinary event raising both awareness and crucial funds for pediatric cancer research in Northern Virginia.

We’re passionate about The Big Dig because it brings together our local construction community for a truly meaningful day of fun, teamwork, and giving. Since its debut in 2021, the event has raised over $450,000 to support pediatric cancer research and fully fund a Child Life Specialist at Inova Children’s Hospital, with annual attendance regularly topping 1,000 guests and families.

Each year, employees and company leaders volunteer their time to delight guests with hands-on activities: kids and adults alike get behind the controls of mini-excavators, ride scissor lifts, and experience the excitement of construction alongside professionals.

This year’s Big Dig was our best yet—tickets sold out fast, and while muddy weather couldn’t dampen spirits, we exceeded fundraising goals and created lasting memories for so many families.
