Landmark Projects

District Bonding was proud to be a part of the restoration of the Dodge Fountain at Hart Plaza in Detroit Michigan. It was opened right in time for the 2024 NFL Draft! Click here to watch it.

Networking + Giving Back
On September 18, 2024, District Bonding sponsored the United Way of the National Capital Area Loudoun Regional Council’s Tee Up for Equity at Top Golf Loudoun.
We sold out the entire second floor this year, with amazing sponsors such as Accenture, Potomac Metals, Liberty Mutual Surety, Old Republic Surety and Brothers Mechanical Services.

Joshua Etemadi is Chair of the Council and the event raised nearly $70,000 to support UWNCA’s efforts in Loudoun County! This year, as with the past, raffle items included bourbon, wine (and wine tastings), golf and self-care experiences for everyone to enjoy. The silent auctions for golf swag and experiences this year was a huge hit!
This year, funds raised from the event are going to Loudoun Education Foundations FUELED program as well as our efforts to improve the lives of the ALICE population in Loudoun County.
The Big Dig
2024 is the third year District Bonding has been a sponsor and planning committee member of the Big Dig, an event raising money and awareness for pediatric cancer research.
We love this event because it unites our local construction community for a day of fun and philanthropy.
Employees and owners volunteer their time to entertain kids and adults with activities like operating mini-excavators and riding scissor lifts. This year, we sold out tickets and despite the muddy weather, we exceeded fundraising totals and had a great day!
