Year in Review 2022

Why We’re Here

In March of 2021, we opened District Bonding.  As we approach the end of year two, we reflect on why we started the business in the first place: providing an excellent customer service experience while helping our clients obtain the bonds they need to grow their business.

Since starting the company, we’ve had a lot of fun!  We wanted to share with you some of what we’ve been up to from our second year in business – thank you to all of those who have joined us on our journey!

What We’ve Accomplished This Year

  • Doubled in Revenue
  • 50 New Accounts
  • $2 Million In-House SBA Authority
  • Licensed Across the U.S.
  • SWaM Certified!
  • 5 Star Rating On Google!
  • A New Website! Check it out!

Out And About

The best part of the business is the people!  We’ve had a lot of fun getting out and making new friends and business connections.

We’ve connected with bankers, CPAs, lawyers and other industry partners that have made an immediate impact on our clients’ success!

Did you know wineries and breweries need bonds too? Bleu Frog Vineyards in Leesburg, VA chose District Bonding for their surety needs.  Of course, a job site visit was necessary!

Giving Back To The Community

On September 21, 2022, District Bonding was a proud sponsor of the United Way of the National Capital Area Loudoun Regional Council Golf Outing.

Over 100 industry partners (surety companies, CPAs, bankers and contractors) attended the event.

Participants traveled from all over the Mid-Atlantic (PA to NC) to support the event!  Click here to see more pictures from that day!

Joshua Etemadi is Chair of the Council and the event raised over $35,000 to support UWNCA’s efforts in Loudoun County!  A special thank you to Juniper Construction for helping us reach our goal at the end of the event!

This year, funds raised from the event are going to UWNCA’s WeekEND Hunger Backpack program.  Many grade school children are food insecure, which means the only meal they get is their meal at school.  Kids will get a backpack filled with food to keep them full over the weekend and return them to school energized and ready to learn!

If you weren’t able to make it, we hope you can make it out to next year’s event!

The Big Dig

Last year, while looking for something to do with our kids on a weekend, we stumbled upon the American Cancer Society’s First Annual Big Dig of the National Capital Area, which raises money for pediatric cancer research.

The Big Dig gives local children and families the opportunity to be “hard hats” for the day, operating heavy construction equipment including excavators, scissor lifts and more!

We loved the event so much that we joined the planning committee and also sponsored the event!  The event was a great success, raising nearly $100,000 towards pediatric cancer research.
